Project Process
Our Project Process, from initial consultation and site assessment to tailored design and implementation, we guide every stage with experience and attention to detail.
Consultation & Property Assessment
We start with a detailed on-site consultation to understand your goals, needs, and vision for the space. This allows us to assess your property properly, discuss ideas and practical considerations, and offer honest, informed advice tailored to both your lifestyle and the character of your garden.
Custom Design & Quote
We craft a personalised design concept and detailed proposal tailored to your specific needs. This includes clear layouts, material choices, and a transparent breakdown of the work involved, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Scheduling & Final Design Approval
Once the design and proposal are approved, we finalise the full design plan and schedule your project start date. At this stage, we confirm all key details, timelines, and site arrangements, ensuring everything is carefully planned and ready for a smooth, efficient build.

“Fangorn recently completed a driveway renovation project for us, involving significant excavation of the existing unusable garden area to link up the driveway, then paving the whole area. The advice and guidance provided by Nic, Jack and their team, particularly around drainage, levels and the brick walls was excellent. The Team were very professional and worked extremely hard, with nothing ever being too much trouble! We are delighted with the result and cannot recommend Fangorn highly enough. Many thanks to the whole Team at Fangorn – 5 Stars well earned!”
Jon Sutton
“Nic and all his employees have been absolutely exceptional. We took are time and looked around at different companies and different materials for the rear patio and when we spoke with Nic and his knowledge we decided on Fangorn .The attention to detail from everybody on the team was amazing and also a big thank you to Luke . We decided on Black Granite which looks amazing which Nic sourced from one of the contractors he works closely with , got samples and it’s stunning. When we have the front driveway done there’s only one place to go . Nic and Fangorn. (With Luke ) Many thanks Tracy and Mike Barton”
